On those Mondays and Thursdays when Tahanun is said, the Leader says the following while the Torah scroll is being bound:

יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלִּפְנֵי אָבִֽינוּ שֶׁבַּשָּׁמַֽיִם לְכוֹנֵן אֶת בֵּית חַיֵּֽינוּ וּלְהָשִׁיב אֶת שְׁכִינָתוֹ בְּתוֹכֵֽנוּ בִּמְהֵרָה בְיָמֵֽינוּ וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן:
English
May it be the will of our Father in heaven to establish the Temple, home of our life, and to restore His Presence to our midst, swiftly in our days, and let us say: Amen.

yehiy ratzon milifeney abiynu shebashamayim lechonen et beyt chayeynu ulehashiyb et shechiynato betochenu bimehera beyameynu venomar amen:

English
May it be the will of our Father in heaven to have compassion on us and our remnant, and to keep destruction and plague away from us and from all His people the house of Israel, and let us say: Amen.

May it be the will of our Father in heaven to preserve among us the sages of Israel: them, their wives, their sons and daughters, their disciples and their disciples’ disciples, in all their dwelling places, and let us say: Amen.

English
As for our brothers of the whole house of Israel who are in distress or captivity, on sea or land, may the All-Present have compassion on them and lead them from distress to relief, from darkness to light, and from oppression to freedom, now, swiftly and soon, and let us say: Amen.
