עַל חַטָא שַחֶטָאנוּ לפָניךָ בּשָבוּעַת שוא על חַטָא שָחַטָאנו ליד בְּשָנְאֶת חִנֶם
על חַטא שַחֶטָאנוּ לפַנִיךָ בּתְשוּמַת יָד על חַטְא שחֶטָאנו ליד בְּתְמַהן לְבֶב
על כֶּם אלו סְלִיחוּת סְלַח לָנוּ, מְחַל ל כַּפר לֶנו.
וְעַל חַטִָים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים עַלִיהֶם עולה
על חַטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים עליהֶם חַטָאת
על חַטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים ְלִיהֶם קרְבּן עולה וְיְרָד
על חַטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָּבִים עליהֶם אֶשם וְדּאִי ותלוּ
על חַטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים עליהם מַכַּת מַרְדוּת
על ו חַטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים עַליהֶם מַלְקוּת אָוְבָּעִים
ְעַל חָטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָּבִים עליהֶם מִיתָה בּידִי שָמַיִם
על חַטָאִים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים עַלִיהֶם בּרַת וערִירִי
על חַטִָים שָאָנוּ חַיָבִים עַלִיהֶם אוְבַּע מִיתות בִּית דין ְקִילָה , שֶרְפָה, הֶרגוחָנֶק:
עַל מִצָוֶת עָשָה וְעַל מִצְות לא תַעשָה.
בִּין שיש בַּּ קוּם עשה וּבִין שָאִין בָּה קּס עשה.
אֶת הַגְּלוּיים לנו וְאֶת שָאִינַם לויים לט
אֶת הַגלוּיים ל כְּבָראַמְַנוּם לפ וְהוּדִינו לֶךָ ַלִיהֶם ְאֶת שָאִינִס גלוים לו לְפָנִיךָ הס גלוּיים וידוּעים
ּּבֶר שַגָאָמו
הַנִסְתָּרת ליהוה אֶלְהִינו דבריס כט הלת לו בו עד-עולֶם
לעשות אתכָל- דּבָרִי הַוּרֶה הַזּאת:
בי אַתָּה ְֶָן לִישְרְאֶל ּמחֶלן לְשָבְטִי ישן בְּכָל דור וְדוּר ּמִבַּלְעְדיך אין לו מלך מוחל וסולח אֶלָא אֶתָה
English
For the sin we have sinned before You by vain oath, and for the sin we have sinned before You by baseless hatred.
For the sin we have sinned before You by breach of trust, and for the sin we have sinned before You by confusion of heart.
For all these, God of forgiveness, forgive us, pardon us, grant us atonement.

and for the sins for which we are liable to the four death penalties inflicted by the court: stoning, burning, beheading and strangling.
For positive and negative commandments,
whether they can be remedied by an act or not, for sins known to us and for those that are unknown for those that are known, we have already declared them before You and confessed them to You; and for those that are unknown, before You they are revealed and known, as it is said,
“The secret things belong to the LORD our God, Deut. 29 but the things that are revealed are for us and our children for ever, that we may fulfill all the words of this Torah.”
For You are He who forgives Israel and pardons the tribes of Yeshurun in every generation, and besides You we have no king who pardons and forgives, only You.
