for the sake of one who was raised up to the heights and rose, like an angel of fire — for the sake of one who is to You like a deputy among erelim of fire — for the sake of the gift of commandments made in fire — for the sake of the curtained Tent [of Meeting] and its cloud of fire — for the sake of that scene on the mountain, of Your coming down to it in fire — for the sake of the loveliness of that House You preferred above heavens of fire — for the sake of [Moses] who yearned until the dying of the fire for the sake of [Aaron] who took a fire pan to quell a rage of fire — for the sake of [Pinehas] who burned with a great jealousy, Your fire — for the sake of [ Joshua] who raised his hand and brought down stones of fire — for the sake of [Samuel] who burned a milk lamb wholly in the fire for the sake of [David] who stood in the threshing floor and found favor again through fire for the sake of [Solomon] who spoke in the Courtyard and down came fire — for the sake of Your messenger [Elijah] who rose and was raised up in a chariot with horses of fire — for the sake of [Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, | the holy ones flung into fire — for the sake of [Daniel] who saw the thousands of myriad [angels], the rivers of fire — for the sake of the desolate remains of Your city burnt up by fire — for the sake of the past of these clans of Judah whom You shall make as a basin of fire — Save us, please. After circling the bima the seventh time, say: p Yours, LORD, are the greatness and the power, 1 Chr. 29 the glory and the majesty and splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is Yours. Yours, LorD, is the kingdom; You are exalted as head over all. Then the LorD shall be King over all the earth; Zech. 14 on that day the LORD shall be One and His name One. And in Your Torah it is written: Listen, Israel: the LorD is our God, the LORD is One. Deut. 6 Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom for ever and all time.
