Amida

On Shabbat say: inv? Those who keep the Sabbath and call it a delight shall rejoice in Your kingship. The people who sanctify the seventh day shall all be satisfied and take delight in Your goodness, for You favored the seventh day and declared it holy. You called it “most desirable of days” in remembrance of Creation. wix Our God and God of our ancestors, merciful King, have compassion upon us. You who are good and do good, respond to our call. Return to us in Your abounding mercy for the sake of our fathers who did Your will. Rebuild Your Temple as at the beginning, and establish Your Sanctuary on its site. Let us witness its rebuilding and gladden us by its restoration. Bring the priests back to their service, the Levites to their song and music, and the Israelites to their homes. aby, OW There we will go up and appear and bow before You on the three pilgrimage festivals, as is written in Your Torah: “Three times in the year all your males shall appear Deut. 16 before the LORD your God at the place He will choose: on Pesah, Shavuot and Sukkot. They shall not appear before the LORD empty-handed. Each shall bring such a gift as he can, in proportion to the blessing that the LORD your God grants you.’ On Shabbat add the words in parentheses: XY Bestow on us, LORD our God, the blessing of Your festivals for life and peace, joy and gladness, as You desired and promised to bless us.
