Blessings of the Shema

3ayW IT Save us, LORD our God, gather us Ps. 106 and deliver us from the nations, to thank Your holy name, and glory in praise of You. All the nations You made shall come and bow before You, Lorp, Ps. 86 and pay honor to Your name, for You are great and You perform wonders: You alone are God. We, Your people, the flock of Your pasture, Ps. 79 will praise You for ever. For all generations we will relate Your praise. ‘J172 Blessed is the Lorn by day, blessed is the Lorn by night. Blessed is the LoRD when we lie down; blessed is the LorpD when we rise. For in Your hand are the souls of the living and the dead, [as it is written: ] “In His hand is every living soul, Job 12 and the breath of all mankind.” Into Your hand I entrust my spirit: Ps. 31 You redeemed me, LoRD, God of truth. Our God in heaven, bring unity to Your name, establish Your kingdom constantly and reign over us for ever and all time. wx? May our eyes see, our hearts rejoice, and our souls be glad in Your true salvation, when Zion is told, “Your God reigns.” The Lorp is King, the Lorn was King, the Lorn will be King for ever and all time. For sovereignty is Yours, and to all eternity You will reign in glory, for we have no king but You. Blessed are You, Lorn, the King who in His constant glory will reign over us and all His creation for ever and all time.
